Connelly & Wicker | PRIME AE was responsible for providing civil engineering services and permitting to provide engineering services in conjunction with the architect and landscape architect, stormwater management design, water and wastewater utility design, ADA and Fair Housing compliance. Agency coordination included site permitting with the City of Jacksonville for the 15.07-acre apartment community. The total project has 334 units with 503 parking spaces and over 1.16 acres of active recreation area in Jacksonville, Florida.
