Connelly & Wicker| PRIME AE was responsible for providing conceptual site planning, civil engineering services, and permitting to provide a site plan and engineering services in conjunction with the architect and landscape architect, storm water management design, water and wastewater utilities design; ADA and Fair Housing compliance. Agency coordination included site permitting with the City of Jacksonville for the 6.58-acre addition to The Avery apartment community. This project has 120 units with 255 parking spaces and 26,599 SF active recreation area in Jacksonville, Florida.
