Connelly & Wicker | PRIME AE was responsible for providing civil engineering services and permitting to provide engineering services in conjunction with the architect and landscape architect, storm water management design, water and wastewater utilities design; ADA and Fair Housing compliance. Agency coordination included site permitting with St. Johns County for the 6.86-acre apartment community. The total project has 224 units with 398 parking spaces and over 3.49 acres active recreation area in Jacksonville, Florida.
