Connelly & Wicker | PRIME AE was responsible for providing conceptual site planning, civil engineering, and permitting applications to create a site plan, and provide engineering services in conjunction with the architect and landscape architect, storm water management design, water and wastewater utilities design; ADA and Fair Housing compliance. Agency coordination included site permitting with St. Johns County for the 18.5-acre townhouse community. The total project has 76 units with 180 parking spaces in Jacksonville, Florida.
