Connelly & Wicker | PRIME AE was responsible for providing civil engineering services and permitting to provide due diligence engineering services in conjunction with the architect and landscape architect, storm water management design, water and wastewater utilities design. Agency coordination included site permitting with the City of Jacksonville Beach for the senior living development. The total project has 158 parking spaces and 5.95 acres active recreation area in Jacksonville, Florida.
