Connelly & Wicker | PRIME AE was responsible for providing conceptual site planning, civil engineering, and permitting applications to create a site plan, and provide engineering services in conjunction with the architect and landscape architect, storm water management design, water and wastewater utilities design. Agency coordination included site permitting with St. Johns County, St. Johns River Water Management District, and JEA for the 68,011 S.F. church complex. The total project has 11 buildings with 358 parking spaces in Ponte Vedra Beach, Florida.
