A new CubeSmart has begun construction in the Silverleaf community located in St. Augustine. Connelly & Wicker provided Civil Engineering services for the referenced facility. This CubeSmart will be the first self-storage facility in Silverleaf. Set to open in 2024, the 2.6-acre site will contain 660 climate-controlled storage units that range from 25 to 300 square feet. Connelly & Wicker worked with Courtney Vista Storage LLC, Farmer Architecture, and Birchmier Construction on this storage facility.
