River Oaks - St. Johns County, Florida

Located off of Neck Road, this subdivision includes 5.71 acres and 10 lots. Connelly & Wicker planned the civil engineering design and permitting for this single family development in St. Johns County, Florida. The project included design engineering for the subdivision's stormwater ponds and roads.

Ponte Vedra East - St. Johns County, Florida

Connelly & Wicker conducted preliminary site planning, final engineering and related permitting for this 19 lot single family development in Ponte Vedra Beach, Florida. The project is located on 7.5 acres of land at the corner of SR A1A and Corona Road.

James Island - Duval County, Florida

A 365 lot, single-family subdivision situated on 194 acres on the Southside of Jacksonville, south of J. Turner Butler Boulevard, James Island was engineered and permitted in four phases. First, phases I and II were engineered for layout, grading, paving and drainage, and utility plans, followed by phases III and IV. All phases were permitted through the applicable regulatory agencies by Connelly & Wicker Inc. and construction administration services were also provided.

Sandestin Resort - Walton County, Florida

Sandestin Beach Resort is a 2,400-acre, mixed-use Development of Regional Impact that includes single-family residential subdivisions, multi-family residential areas, commercial uses, Baytowne, Burnt Pine and Raven Golf Courses and other recreational uses. Projects at Sandestin include the Market at Sandestin, St. Andrews and Baytowne Avenue Subdivisions, Tivoli Terrace Multi-family and South Winds Condominiums.

Since 1985, Connelly & Wicker has prepared stormwater, potable water, and wastewater master plans for Sandestin. Stormwater master planning for the Baytowne, Burnt Pine, and Raven Golf Courses were designed to provide stormwater management facilities for not only the golf courses but also the surrounding residential communities at Sandestin. We have prepared plans and specifications for roadways, parking lots, subdivisions, potable water distribution systems, wastewater collection systems (both gravity and lift stations), and stormwater management facilities.

Regatta Bay - Okaloosa County, Florida

Regatta Bay is a 520-acre, multi-use development in Okaloosa County, Florida that includes an 18-hole golf course, golf clubhouse, Commodore Point and other residential subdivisions, Fifth Green Commercial Park and the Regatta Commons Professional Center. Connelly & Wicker has designed construction plans and prepared specifications for roadways, water, sewer and stormwater management facilities; designed sewer and stormwater master planning; and coordinated local and state permitting.

Old Palm Valley - St. Johns County, Florida

The single-family community of Old Palm Valley is on County Road 210 in Ponte Vedra, Florida. The project was built in three phases and finished with 85 lots. Connelly & Wicker Inc. prepared civil engineering plans with specific effort made to retain large trees and maintain sensitivity to the neighboring wetlands. In fact, the natural outfall for drainage was blocked by an adjacent development and Connelly & Wicker proposed negotiations for an outfall through that development resulting in cost savings to the developer.

Destiny - Destin, Florida

Destiny is a multi-faceted residential development surrounding Four Prong Lake in Destin, Florida and bordering the Gulf of Mexico. Connelly & Wicker Inc. engineered plans and specifications for roadways, water, sewer and stormwater management facilities; coordinated local and state permitting; provided construction observation services and post-construction certification. Engineering included the relocation of a portion of County Road 2378 and the design of a pedestrian underpass that allows residents access to the Gulf without traversing the busy roadway.

Legacy by the Bay - Okaloosa County, Floirda

A multi-family residential community, Legacy by the Bay is situated on nearly 20 acres in the Florida Panhandle. The project has 312 apartment homes, 4,800 sf of office space, and recreational facilities including a tennis court and fitness center. The project is also adjacent to the Regatta Bay Golf Course and residential community.

Deer Meadow Apartments - Jacksonville, Florida

The Deer Meadow apartment community consists of 200 apartment homes and is situated on a 15-acre site along Old Kings Road, south of Baymeadows Road in Jacksonville, Florida. Connelly & Wicker Inc. provided civil engineering and permitting services for this 200-unit apartment development.

The Tides at Tops'l - South Walton County, Florida

Located in South Walton County and situated on eight acres, the Tides at Tops'l Condominium project consists of an L-shaped, 15-story, high-rise structure with 164 condominium units. Connelly & Wicker's professional services included preparation of the site plan and construction drawings for utility, grading and drainage, paving and drainage details as well as sanitary sewer and potable water details. Additional civil services included permitting and construction phase services as well as engineering and permitting for a new dune crossover/beach access.
