A 365 lot, single-family subdivision situated on 194 acres on the Southside of Jacksonville, south of J. Turner Butler Boulevard, James Island was engineered and permitted in four phases. First, phases I and II were engineered for layout, grading, paving and drainage, and utility plans, followed by phases III and IV. All phases were permitted through the applicable regulatory agencies by Connelly & Wicker Inc. and construction administration services were also provided.

Sandestin Resort - Walton County, Florida
Sandestin Beach Resort is a 2,400-acre, mixed-use Development of Regional Impact that includes single-family residential subdivisions, multi-family residential areas, commercial uses, Baytowne, Burnt Pine and Raven Golf Courses and other recreational uses. Projects at Sandestin include the Market at Sandestin, St. Andrews and Baytowne Avenue Subdivisions, Tivoli Terrace Multi-family and South Winds Condominiums.
Since 1985, Connelly & Wicker has prepared stormwater, potable water, and wastewater master plans for Sandestin. Stormwater master planning for the Baytowne, Burnt Pine, and Raven Golf Courses were designed to provide stormwater management facilities for not only the golf courses but also the surrounding residential communities at Sandestin. We have prepared plans and specifications for roadways, parking lots, subdivisions, potable water distribution systems, wastewater collection systems (both gravity and lift stations), and stormwater management facilities.

Regatta Bay - Okaloosa County, Florida
Regatta Bay is a 520-acre, multi-use development in Okaloosa County, Florida that includes an 18-hole golf course, golf clubhouse, Commodore Point and other residential subdivisions, Fifth Green Commercial Park and the Regatta Commons Professional Center. Old Palm Valley - St. Johns County, Florida
The single-family community of Old Palm Valley is on County Road 210 in Ponte Vedra, Florida. The project was built in three phases and finished with 85 lots. Connelly & Wicker Inc. prepared civil engineering plans with specific effort made to retain large trees and maintain sensitivity to the neighboring wetlands. In fact, the natural outfall for drainage was blocked by an adjacent development and Connelly & Wicker proposed negotiations for an outfall through that development resulting in cost savings to the developer.

Destiny - Destin, Florida
Destiny is a multi-faceted residential development surrounding Four Prong Lake in Destin, Florida and bordering the Gulf of Mexico. Connelly & Wicker Inc. engineered plans and specifications for roadways, water, sewer and stormwater management facilities; coordinated local and state permitting; provided construction observation services and post-construction certification. Engineering included the relocation of a portion of County Road 2378 and the design of a pedestrian underpass that allows residents access to the Gulf without traversing the busy roadway.

The Tides at Tops'l - South Walton County, Florida
Located in South Walton County and situated on eight acres, the Tides at Tops'l Condominium project consists of an L-shaped, 15-story, high-rise structure with 164 condominium units. Connelly & Wicker's professional services included preparation of the site plan and construction drawings for utility, grading and drainage, paving and drainage details as well as sanitary sewer and potable water details. Additional civil services included permitting and construction phase services as well as engineering and permitting for a new dune crossover/beach access.
