The total project has 220 units at the St. Johns Town Center in Jacksonville, Florida.

Client:  Killashee Investments, LLC/Presidium 
Project Description: Connelly & Wicker was responsible for PUD zoning compliance; as well as site design, stormwater management design, water and wastewater utilities design, ADA and Fair Housing compliance. Agency coordination included site permitting with the City of Jacksonville, SJRWMD, FDOT, JEA, EQD and Florida DEP for the 12.99 acre apartment community. The total project has 350 units with 361,000 gross square footage and over 52,000 SF of active recreation area in Jacksonville, Florida

Project Description: Connelly & Wicker was responsible for providing due diligence services;
supporting services to re-zone the property; site design in conjunction
with the architect and landscape architect; stormwater management
design; water and wastewater utilities design; ADA and Fair Housing
compliance. Agency coordination included site permitting with the City of Jacksonville, SJRWMD, JEA, EQD and Florida DEP for the 17.51 acre
apartment community. The total project has 370 units with 573 parking
spaces and over 52,000 SF pf active recreation area in Jacksonville,
Florida

Client: Arlington Properties
Project Description: Connelly & Wicker is responsible for preliminary design services and PUD zoning; as well as site design, stormwater management design, water and wastewater utilities design, ADA and Fair Housing compliance; agency coordination included site permitting with the City of Jacksonville, SJRWMD and Florida DEP for the 8.05 acre apartment community. The total project has 266 units with community center and other amenities.

Project Description: Connelly & Wicker was responsible for zoning supporting services; site design, stormwater management design, water and wastewater utilities design, ADA and Fair Housing compliance. Agency coordination included site permitting with the Walton County, FDOT, Regional Utilities, and Florida DEP for the 29.35 acre apartment community. The total project has 264 units with 477 parking spaces in South Walton County, Florida

The total project has 263 units in Jacksonville, Florida
