Project Description: Project consists of one, multi-level fellowship building with ground floor parking. Stormwater will be managed on-site utilizing an underground storage system. Water and sewer connections are already stubbed for connection on-site.
Scope of Work: Civil engineering services to include preliminary engineering and site analysis, final engineering and permitting, and final certification and construction inspection.

Located in Deerwood Park in Jacksonville's bustling Southside, Health Services Credit Union is a 15,500 sf office building. Connelly & Wicker Inc. engineered the site design, allowing for future expansion plans, and the facility's related parking. Completed services included final design of layout, paving and drainage, water and sewer, and we also coordinated local and state permitting.
