Commercial
Today’s market shows a strong need for commercial development across the Southeast to help support the large growth in residential units. Connelly & Wicker has a proven record of providing full services for all sectors of the commercial market from large retail centers to smaller office sites. From initial site planning to construction assistance, Connelly & Wicker is able to see a project through from conception to completion.
Industrial
With greater technological advances come more industrial sites, distribution facilities, and storage buildings. Connelly & Wicker understands the needs and sensitivity of designing and constructing projects of this size. Working with municipalities and surrounding neighbors is a critical aspect of creating an industrial site that will coincide with its neighborhood. Connelly & Wicker prides itself on producing accurate construction documents in a timely fashion in order to keep schedules moving forward.
Residential/Resort
Connelly & Wicker has been involved with multiple residential projects including multifamily townhomes and condominiums, apartments, and single family developments. We have also been involved with resort planning and engineering. The Planning and Landscape Architecture department offers a full range of residential/resort services including; site planning, master planning, pool and amenity design, hardscape design, landscape design, signage, theming, graphic renderings. This all supports the already strong land development engineering team.
Public
Connelly & Wicker Inc. is pleased to have served, and is continuing to serve as a contracted engineering firm for ongoing design services for many Public Agencies. Under these continuing contracts, Connelly & Wicker often acts as an extension of the Public Agencies themselves, supporting on-staff personnel with special design projects or unusually heavy workloads. As most people know our infrastructure is always in need of improvement or in many cases there is a lack of infrastructure. The southeast has seen growth like never before, and the Department of Transportation of all states is working with local governments to increase capacity through an increase in roadway systems. Connelly & Wicker’s Transportation Engineering team is focused on producing superior engineering plans to every market in Florida and Georgia.
Institutional
With ongoing growth many cities are seeing the need for more institutional buildings such as schools, churches, and hospitals. Connelly & Wicker has been involved in multiple projects which focus on these uses. Now more then ever these buildings become icons for the neighborhoods and cities in which they are located. Connelly & Wicker feels these types of buildings are necessary for upholding the values of today’s families and feel privileged to have been involved in this sector of work.
