Wynnfield Lakes Model Park – Jacksonville, Florida

Connelly & Wicker Inc. provided Landscape and Hardscape design to Lennar, for the model park of Wynnfield Lakes in Jacksonville, Florida. The model park consisted of 2 model homes, a paver parking area, a paver pathway, fencing, landscaping, two trellis structures, a picnic area, landscape uplighting, outdoor speakers, and a fountain. CWI was responsible for all permitting and bid documents and bidding.
