Unilever Warehouse – Jacksonville, Florida

The Duke Realty project is an 800,000 SF distribution warehouse located on a 55 acre site in the West Lake Industrial Park DRI in Jacksonville, Florida. Connelly & Wicker performed civil engineering and landscape architecture services for Structure Point, the lead civil engineer for the project. CWI’s scope of work for the warehouse project included tree mitigation, landscape architecture, and irrigation design. Construction services include assisting with bidding, contractor support, review of shop drawings, progress site visits, and final closeout and certifications.
