SR 23 (Branan Field/Chaffee Road) Extension, FDOT D2

Connelly & Wicker was a subconsultant to Parsons Transportation Group as the drainage engineer for the new 6.5 mile extension of SR 23 from 103rd Street to I-10.  This section of limited access roadway will become part of the new Jacksonville outerbeltway.  Connelly & Wicker was responsible for the stormwater design and environmental permitting of the new four lane rural freeway.
