Sandy Creek – St. Johns County, Florida

Semanik Investments contracted Connelly & Wicker to performed multiple Land Planning and Landscape Architecture services for this 500 acre residential community. The community features both single and multi-family lots, a large amenity center and pool, common areas, and green space. Connelly & Wicker’s efforts ranged from Planning services for the amenity and pool complex, and common areas, to full Landscape Architecture and Hardscape Design for two main entry features, wetland bridge crossings, a mile long entry road, and common areas. Also included in the scope was the main sales center for the community which utilized an abandoned outparcel site.
