Portsmouth Commissary

The new facility located at Portsmouth Norfolk Naval Shipyard includes a 254 parking lot, a stormwater pond, a hardscape entry area and open space surrounding the building. Connelly & Wicker, Inc. provided Civil Engineering and Landscape Architectural services for the new 59,300 square foot commissary. Our design meets all of the requirements set forth in the Installation Appearance Plan. Our Landscape Design also used xeriscaping principals to eliminate the need for irrigation.
