Point Washington Apartments – Walton County, Florida

Connelly and Wicker is responsible for the design and plan preparation of a 264 unit multi-family apartment complex. Engineering elements of the project included the infrastructure design associated with the proposed multi-building site. Infrastructure design included the layout and design of roadway, parking areas, sanitary sewer mains, water mains, wastewater pump station, stormwater collection system, stormwater treatment facilities, FDOT driveway permitting and offsite water and wastewater design and permitting.
