Osceola Elementary School – St. Johns County, Florida

The Osceola Elementary School Expansion consists of the addition of a 15,130 square foot, 8-classroom building to the existing site.  A future 4-classroom pod expansion and two additional portable buildings are proposed in addition to the 8-classroom building.  The civil site design associated with the new building includes the relocation of an existing potable water line, a proposed new sanitary sewer service line with a minor grinder pump station, relocation and extension of the existing storm sewer piping, and a redesign of the existing stormwater management ponds.
