Oakleaf Multi Family – Clay County, Florida

Lennar contracted Connelly & Wicker for design of the landscape packages for the 3 multi-family residential communities at Oakleaf; Coventry, Millstone, and Fieldstone. CWI also created sales center areas for each community with associated parking and landscaping. CWI permitted and bid the plans for the owner. Also included in the package were amenity center graphics for onsite signs.
