JaxOffices.com Phase I-VI – Jacksonville, Florida

Connelly & Wicker provided engineering services for the JaxOffices Professional Business Park in the heart of Mandarin. The development of the business park was divided into six phase totaling a total of 372,000 square foot of office space. Services included site engineering, paving and grading, water and sewer design. One challenge the project faced was incorporating additional adjacent property into the infrastructure after the first phase was built.  And this challenge was overcome by carefully studying the installed stormwater and utility systems and creatively designing retrofit systems to minimize costs.
