Connelly & Wicker was a subconsultant to URS Corp., preparing final design documents for the improvements to the I-10/I-95 Interchange in Jacksonville. Connelly & Wicker provided roadway, drainage, and traffic control plans along I-95, north of Myrtle Avenue overpass.
