HarborWalk – Destin, Florida

Connelly & Wicker worked with Legendary, Inc. to design a mixed-use commercial and residential project consisting of 100,000 square feet of commercial and retail space as well as 80 and 60 units of residential condominiums, located on the harbor in the City of Destin. CWI designed and prepared construction plans and specifications for parking, water, sewer and stormwater management facilities; prepared plans for docking facility modification; coordinated local, state and federal permitting; and provided construction observation services and post-construction certification. Additionally, responsible for the coordination with surveyor, land planner and landscape architect.
