Flora Parke – Nassau County, Florida

Semanik Investments contracted Connelly & Wicker to create a full landscape design package for the neighborhood of Flora Parke off of Amelia Concourse. The design worked around the proposed entry columns and wing walls and incorporated a colorful palette of plant types. A large berm was landscaped to provide an adequate buffer between the roadway and the rear of the homes. An entry drive sequence with landscaping and fountains in the retention lakes added to the appeal of this neighborhood.
