Emmens Preserve – Myrtle Beach, South Carolina

Connelly & Wicker was responsible for creating a sense of place for this community by Lennar Coastal Carolinas Division. The community consists of 678 Single and Multi-family residential units, green space parks, walking paths, and multiple amenity centers, within a larger community of over 3000 residential units, a city park, and the Market Commons Town Center. The scope of work included, planning for the amenity sites, park design, boardwalk/outlook designs, interpretive signage, lighting design, model home landscape design, entry feature designs, landscape architecture, and irrigation design.
