Cunningham Creek Elementary Portables – St. Johns County, Florida

Connelly & Wicker is responsible for overseeing the Cunningham Creek Elementary Portables project.  Project consisted of the replacement of 18 existing portable classrooms with 32 hybrid portable classrooms.  Civil site design consisted of regrading the existing site, stormwater collection system design, stormwater management modifications, and providing a gravity sanitary sewer collection system in lieu of the existing multiple individual grinder pump stations.
