College Street / SR 228 – Jacksonville, Florida

Connelly & Wicker was contracted by Florida Department of Transportation for a Miscellaneous Minor Design contract. The project included 1.453 miles of College Street (SR 228) from Margaret Street to Post Street in Jacksonville, Florida was milled and resurfaced. Roadway design included signalization, signing and pavement markings and stormwater inlet replacement.
