(December 31, 2002) – Connelly & Wicker Inc. was selected to work with the Department of Transportation on the resurfacing of a 16-mile stretch of A1A from Vilano Beach to Ponte Vedra Beach.
Connelly & Wicker had previously designed paved shoulders for the southern 1.8 miles and northern 2.6 miles of the project segment. When this project is completed, the entire 16-mile stretch of A1A south of Cedar Avenue and north of Broken Arrow drive will be resurfaced, complete with paved shoulders.

(December 18, 2002) – Connelly & Wicker Inc. was selected for a two-year contract with the City of Jacksonville Department of Public Works. The contract is for miscellaneous civil engineering services on the West side of Jacksonville for the Streets & Drainage Division. Connelly & Wicker Inc. recently completed a similar contract for the city on the North side of Jacksonville.
