Connelly & Wicker was responsible for the Landscape Architecture and Civil Engineering for an existing building in the Downtown Core of Jacksonville.  The Jessie Ball Dupont Center is actually the past public library downtown for Jacksonville.  The streetscape was designed to tie in with the historic aspects of the architecture and meet the design guidelines of the City of Jacksonville.

Completed in 2015, the Jessie Ball duPont Center houses 12 local nonprofits, and has been recently nominated for an AIA Florida People’s Choice award. The building has received the following awards to date:
