Senior Project Manager – Land Development Connelly & Wicker Inc. is currently seeking a Senior Project Manager for its Land Development Department in both the Jacksonville, FL and the Orlando, FL offices.  These positions require 10-15 years of experience in site planning and land development including: design of grading, storm water management, soil erosion & sediment control, public and private roadways, utilities and site planning for residential, commercial, retail, institutional and recreational facilities.  A Florida Professional Engineer license is required as well as proficiency in Hydrologic/Hydraulic design software.  The ability to work and interact with clients, local planning boards and municipal engineers; maintain project budgets and schedules; and supervise design staff is essential.
