Phil Hursh, P.E.

Phil Hursh was hired as the office manager at our Maitland office. He will lead our efforts on Florida Department of Transportation and local government projects in the Central Florida region. He is a graduate of Widener University and brings more than 27 years of experience in the transportation engineering field.
