Blanca Franco, E.I.

Blanca Franco is a University of North Florida graduate with a degree in Civil Engineering and is pursuing a Master’s degree in Environmental Engineering from Johns Hopkins University.  Blanca began working with Connelly & Wicker in October of 2013.  Since joining the company, Blanca has been working on Land Development projects such as Twenty Mile Village at Nocatee and Encanta PUD.

Brock Pickett, E.I.

Brock Pickett is a University of North Florida graduate with a degree in Civil Engineering.  Brock started working in Connelly & Wicker’s Transportation Engineering department in November of 2013.  He is currently working on FDOT projects, SR 243 North International Airport Boulevard / Pecan Park Road Re-Alignment and the SR 228 (Normandy Blvd) / Chaffee Road Intersection Improvements.

 

 

 

 

 

 

Paul Hiers, P.E.

Paul Hiers, P.E.

Paul Hiers is a graduate of the University of Florida and began his career with the Florida Department of Transportation; 2 years PE Trainee Program, 5 years Central Office Drainage and Design; 5 years as a Project Manager for Florida Turnpike Enterprise. Experience as a Consultant Project Manager consists of PD&E Studies and major design projects including bridge replacement and widening/reconstruction projects. He joined Connelly & Wicker in January of 2014 and has been working on the FDOT I-295 Managed Lane project and assisting with the continuing services contract with the City of Jacksonville.

 

 

 

 

 

 

Caitlin Cannon, E.I.

Caitlin Cannon, E.I.

Caitlin Cannon is a University of North Florida graduate with bachelor’s degrees in both Civil Engineering and Construction Management.  Upon graduation, Caitlin worked for three years for local Jacksonville contractors.  She joined Connelly & Wicker in 2013 as a transportation designer working on design-build pursuits such as the new I-10/Marietta Interchange and the addition of Express Lanes to the I-295 East Beltway in Jacksonville, Florida.

Justin Williams, P.E.

Justin Williams is a Magna Cum Laude graduate of University of North Florida with a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.  He began working with Connelly & Wicker Inc. in July of 2013.  Since beginning work with CWI, Justin has worked on numerous Land Development projects such as Twenty Mile Village at Nocatee and Encanta PUD.
