Connelly & Wicker Announces New Officers.

Bill Hartland, P.E. has been promoted to Vice President at Connelly & Wicker Inc.  Bill joined Connelly & Wicker as Senior Project Manager in 2008 and he has over 22 years of experience in design and construction of highway projects in Northeast Florida and is a graduate of the University of Florida.  As Vice President, Bill will be responsible for managing Local and State Government Transportation projects.

Tom Welch, P.E. has joined Connelly & Wicker as Vice President.  Tom has over 20 years of experience in design and construction of land development projects including several significant single family master planned communities in Northeast Florida.  Tom is a graduate of the University of Florida, he will be responsible for managing Connelly & Wicker Inc.’s Land Development and Site Development Division which is working on projects that include Rental Apartments, Senior Living Facilities, Single Family Subdivisions, Institutional and Commercial uses in Florida and the US Virgin Islands.
