Bill Hartland has joined Connelly & Wicker as Senior Project Manager. Bill has over 18 years experience in design and construction of highway projects in Northeast Florida. A graduate of the University of Florida, Bill will manage the FDOT and local county infrastructure projects for Connelly & Wicker.

Rich VanSickle has joined Connelly & Wicker as Senior Project Manager. Rich has over 22 years of highway design, construction and inspection experience. He has managed design projects for FDOT and the JTA in Northeast Florida. He is a member of American Society of Civil Engineers (ASCE) and the American Public Works Association (APWA). A graduate of the University of Texas, Rich will manage FDOT and JTA infrastructure projects for Connelly & Wicker.
